Travel fee included for venues within 1hr of Torbay, South Devon, UK

A travel fee and/or accommodation fee may apply if further afield (quoted at time of enquiry)

HOW MANY SONGS SHOULD I CHOOSE?

Ceremony: 1x ceremony entrance song | 3x songs for certificate signing | 1x exit song as newlyweds

Drinks Reception: 25-40 songs for a 1.5hr – 2hr set

Wedding Breakfast: 1x fun entrance song as newlyweds | 25-40 songs for a 1.5hr – 2hr set

Room Turnover: 15-25 songs for a 1hr – 1.5hr set

First dance: 1x song (you may wish to add on an additional family member dance too)

1hr Evening Party: 15-25 upbeat party tunes

ARRIVAL TIMES, SET UP & USE OF EQUIPMENT

I aim to arrive at your venue 1.5hrs – 2hrs prior to the performance start time

I’ll catch up with your event coordinator and registrars to discuss logistics of the day

Set up & soundcheck takes approx 30 mins  | Pack down of equipment takes approx 30 mins

I am able to provide a wireless microphone for speeches if your venue cannot supply

I am able to play background music between my sets if your venue cannot supply

Unless agreed in advance, my equipment is not available for general use 

SPACE & SET UP REQUIREMENTS 

I travel very light as a one woman band!

I predominantly use a battery powered Yamaha Stagepas 200 speaker

This means I can set up anywhere & everywhere (power a bonus but not a necessity)

For larger events, I use a Yamaha Stagepas 1K speaker along with Yamaha DBR12s (access to power required for these larger system)

Space wise, I require a 2m sq performance area

It is the responsibility of the couple to check with their venue that amplified outdoor performances are permitted prior to organising a booking with Meghan Rae

If your venue have live music restrictions in place for outdoor or indoor performances, please take this into consideration when choosing your music package
